Start with the Pre-Registration Form

If your student is new to Southeast Island School District, please begin by completing the New Student Pre-Registration Form at the link below:

After You Submit the Form

• The school will review your pre-registration submission.
• Once approved, you will receive an email from PowerSchool with instructions to:
• • set up your PowerSchool Parent Portal account
  • complete the full online enrollment packet

Required Documents

Please be prepared to provide the following documents during the enrollment process:

• Birth certificate (or other legal proof of age)
• Immunization records

PowerSchool Account Setup & Enrollment

Parent Portal Account Access:

Families of returning students can request instructions on how to set up their PowerSchool Parent Portal account, if they have not already done so.

• To request this setup information, email SISD Registrar Amy Jennings at ajennings@sisd.org.

Completing the Enrollment Forms:

1. Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
2. On the left side of the screen, click “Forms.”
3. Select the “Enrollment” tab to access and complete the required forms.

Be sure to review and submit all necessary sections to ensure your student’s enrollment is finalized.
