State Archery Tournament results are in!!!!
Drumroll..............
Teagan placed 1st in the Girls Elementary Division - 1st out of 21 with a score of 227 (1st year competing)
William - Boys High School Division - 13th out of 26 with a score of 257
Colton - Boys Middle School Division - 14th out of 47 with a score of 249
Justice - Boys Middle School Division - 17th out of 47 with a score of 237
Sage - Boys Middle School Division - 29th out of 47 with a score of 207 (1st year competing)
Torin - Boys Elementary Division - 14th out of 23 with a score of 147 (1st year competing)
Didn't take pictures, BUT fun was had by all. We started the morning as usual, but soon started our "100th day of School" (supplies didn't make it for the actual 100th day) & St. Patrick Day (Spring Break starts tomorrow) activities by mixing up two cake batters for 100 mini cupcakes. Had Landon (Kindergarten) and Torin (5th grade) getting the ingredients and mixing the cake mixes. Torin helped spoon in the chocolate batter while I did the yellow cake for the 1st 48 mini cupcakes, then Colton helped with the next 48, and William helped with the last 4 and leftover batter into the cake pan. Mixed up our own icing (butter cream) for the cupcakes and cake. Added green food coloring for a marble look.
There were 100 plastic leaping frogs, 100 toy soldiers, 100 balloons, 100 jellybeans, and a 100 piece ocean animal puzzle. Each kid had 10 of each of the frogs, jellybeans, and balloons, plus the mini cupcakes after they put icing on them.
Frogs races began in the floor. Then they blew up their balloons then went to the play court/gym to pop them.
They even helped clean up afterwards.
They even got to play with their friends that have been out of town for a month or so.
