Seat C is in Section II. To be eligible for this seat, a candidate must reside and be registered to vote in one of the towns within Section II, which includes the following communities and areas:
Area East of Craig, Hollis, Areas South of Hollis, Edna Bay, Area North of Edna Bay, Naukati Bay, Areas Northwest of Naukati Bay, Areas East of Naukati Bay
