SISD high school students in grades 9 -12 are invited to apply for 2024 Alaska Student Leadership Institute.
Hosted at the Hilton Anchorage in Anchorage, students will spend 4 days with peers and guest speakers from across Alaska. This year’s theme, “Investing in Students, Strengthening Public Schools,” will empower youth to use their voices to be change-makers in their schools and communities. Engaging breakout sessions with speakers and school board members enables conversations at a level unique to Youth Leadership Institute.
SISD will be selecting up to four students, in grade 9-12 to participate in the Alaska Student Leadership Institute.
When: November 6-11, 2024 (Including travel dates).
