Island Fresh Student Enterprise is a student/staff managed business that is focused primarily on learning about agriculture but our main focus is on improvements to the current aquaponics systems in both Coffman Cove and Thorne Bay greenhouses.

Students/staff plant and tend the gardens and then sell the produce to the SISD food services program and to the various communities on POW.
